First time visitors: You will need to create an account for the Gold Seal Technical Support case management system. You will need the Site ID referenced in your Broadcom Software entitlement email when creating your account. These credentials are only for the case management system. Continue to use your Broadcom credentials for all other related access (such as downloading of software).
